Su Pollard is a British Singer/actress/comedian and television personality. She embarked on a showbusiness career in the mid ’70s, but her big break came in 1980 when she landed a role in the popular BBC1 comedy series “Hi-de- Hi”. This series continued until 1988 , after which Pollard appeared fairly regularly on television, in British films and stage shows and pantomimes.
Her track “Starting Together”, was the theme song from a BBC documentary series about marriage which was broadcast in early 1986. The single rose to no.2 in the U.K. charts.
