Shipping and Delivery
Once you have purchased a downloadable product, you will be taken to our Checkout Page where it will contain your download information. Click on the links and save the tracks to your computer or device. You will also receive an email containing the links for you to download your tracks. This email goes to the email address you used to checkout your order.
There is no shipping charge attached to downloadable products, however we are obliged to charge VAT to our EU customers at your country’s VAT rate. This is applied automatically at the checkout.
Orders taken before 12.00pm will go the same day. Orders received after that will be sent the next working day.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, and where in the world you live. This is automatically added to your shopping cart.
Within the shopping cart you also have the option to select additional premium delivery service such as Next Day Delivery, Tracked or International Tracked. Otherwise all parcels are sent as standard delivery.
UK Sent as standard 2nd class post unless you select a premium delivery service
EU Your parcel will be sent via standard Airmail unless you select a premium delivery service. Our physical products are sold without VAT charges and you will be liable to pay the additional VAT charge on delivery.
Rest of World. Your parcel will be sent via Airmail unless there is a premium service available to your country. Please be aware that there may be an additional customs charge at your country’s border.

UK 1-3 days
Europe 3-7 days
Worldwide 5-21 days
Please note we are in the hands of our couriers and custom controls at borders, therefore we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. or take responsibility for late, lost or returned parcels.
Orders received after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If this falls on a Public Holiday, then orders won’t be processed until the next working day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will also be processed the next working day.
Please inform us if your parcel arrives damaged within 24 hours or it hasn’t arrived in a timely manner and we will advise you further.
