Stroke 9 : an American alternative rock band formed in 1989. Many of the original members met in a music class at school.
After signing to Universal Records, the band released Nasty Little Thoughts in 1999, which charted in the US. Off The back of the success of this album Stroke 9 released two additional records for Universal, 2001’s eponymous Stroke 9 and 2002’s Rip It Off, before issuing 2004’s All In on an independent label.
