Sabrina Carpenter was a singer and actor best known for co-starring on the Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World” (2014-17). Born in 1999, Carpenter knew from a young age that she wanted to sing and act and was placed third in a singing contest hosted by pop singer Miley Cyrus. This earned her the attention of talent scouts, who suggested the young singer begin auditioning for film and TV roles.
Sabrina Carpenter was signed to Hollywood Records in 2014 and her debut single, Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying and EP of the same name, were released in the same year. Her debut album, Eyes Wide Open, was released in 2015.
“Sue Me” is a song from her third studio album Singular: Act I (2018), serving as the fourth track of the album.
