Lucky Daye
David Debrandon Brown (born September 25, 1985), professionally known as Lucky Daye, is an American singer-songwriter from New Orleans.
He released his first EP, “I” in November 2018 and his second EP, “II” in February 2019. These were part of a series leading up to his debut studio album “Painted” which was released in May 2019. Daye’s second album, arrived in March 2022 and entered the Billboard 200 at number 69.
He has received a Grammy Award from six nominations for his musical work.
He has co-written songs for Ne-Yo, Ella Mai, and Mary J. Blige.
