Holly Valance is a singer and actress from Melbourne, Australia. She moved to the UK when she was 18 but after two years she moved to Los Angeles, where she lived for seven years.
She rose to fame as Felicity Scully in the Australian soap Neighbours and, like many of her fellow actors, she went into the music industry after leaving the show. Valance’s first single as a recording artist was “Kiss Kiss” released in 2002. It was successful across her homeland, in the UK and across Europe. Her next single, “Down Boy” peaked at No. 2 in the UK and at No. 3 in Australia and her third and final single from her debut album peaked at No. 3 in Australia and at No. 16 in the UK. Holly Valance released one further album before leaving the music industry.
