Celtic Woman
Celtic Woman is an Irish musical ensemble. They became successful internationally by releasing their music to a worldwide audience.

The group came about as a result of five Irish female musicians being brought together by a former musical director.

The first line up included : vocalists Chloë Agnew, Órla Fallon, Lisa Kelly and Méav Ní Mhaolchatha, and fiddler Máiréad Nesbitt. Their repertoire ranged from traditional Celtic tunes to modern songs.

The group’s line-up has changed over the years. Umpteen albums have been released and the group has undertaken a number of world tours. Cumulatively, albums by Celtic Woman have sold over nine million records worldwide.

They have been named Billboard World Album Artist of the Year six times.
