Canardo 

Hakim Mouhid (born 22 September 1984 in Trappes, Yvelines), better known by his stage name Canardo, is a French rapper, singer, songwriter and music producer.

He started rapping with a popular French rap band and his first recording under his given name was “J’ai des dettes”. He produced his brother, La Fouine’s album Aller-Retour in 2007.

His first commercial success came with his “Capitale du Crime” which was in the mixtape Capitale du Crime 1.

In 2008, Canardo co-founded his own record label. A partnership with Sony-BMG was forged.

On 21 June 2010, he released his first solo album Papillon. The self-produced album included inputs from others including for writing some tracks.

July 2012 saw Canardo release his commercially successful mixtape A la youv with the first single being “Mele Me”. The mixtape contains a great number of collaborations including a duo Tal which resulted in the single “M’en aller”.
