Az Yet is an American R & B group.

The lineup originally consisted of vocalists Shawn Rivera and Dion Allen. They were later joined by Kenny Terry, Ali Hyman, Claude Thomas, Damon Core, & Dyshon Benson.

The group were signed to LaFace Records in the 1990s.

Az Yet formed in 1991, after its members met while performing in a gospel choir. They initially met modest success in their local area, but their career really took off after they signed to LaFace Records. Following their debut single, “Last Night,” which made it to number one on the U.S. R&B chart, their self-titled debut album went double platinum and spawned two further top 10 hits, “Hard To Say I’m Sorry” (a cover of the Chicago hit) and “Soon As I Get Home.”

Az Yet had continued success throughout the late 1990s and 2000s. After their initial album, the group released their follow-up record, ‘Az Yet 2K’, in 2001, which spawned two further hits, “Hey AZ” and “Say It Again.” The group has since gone on to collaborate with such artists as NSYNC, Brian McKnight, Faith Evans, and Lady Gaga. They released the album, ‘Reunited’, in 2013.
