In 2005 she released her second album, Honesty. Parks parted with her label, Polydor, in 2006 by mutual consent.

Parks went on to release three more albums in the UK. These included: Honesty (2005), Honesty/Now (2007), and, most recently, Between The Lines (2009). Her last album peaked at number 81 in the UK album charts.

Parks has also appeared on stage at numerous venues in the UK, including the Royal Albert Hall, the Birmingham Symphony Hall and the O2 Academy, Brixton. In 2008 she was part of the Strictly Come Dancing UK tour, performing classic ballads at each stop.

In December 2015, Parks announced the release of her fifth album, “Forgotten Songbook”. The album was released in April 2016.
