Milky Chance is a German rock band originating in Kassel. It consists of singer/song writer and guitarist Clemens Rehbein, bassist and percussionist Philipp Dausch, and their band members, Antonio Greger and Sebastian Schmidt.
The band recorded their debut album in 2013 in a home-made studio in Rehbein’s childhood home. Before finishing and releasing the record, the group released several singles on digital media channels and quickly became a viral hit, racking up millions of views. As of May 2022, the video has had over 700 million views on YouTube and has lead to several sold-out tour dates.
In early 2022, the band offered up the compilation album, Trip Tape, which contained a series of covers and remixes.
