Marillion are a British rock band formed in 1979. With vocalist Fish as frontman, they scored eleven Top 40 hits on the UK Singles Chart.

They are best known for the 1985 singles “Kayleigh” and “Lavender”, which reached number two and number five respectively, with

Since Fish left Marillion in 1989, they have continued to record and perform with vocalist and keyboardist Steve Hogarth and although they don’t appear in the limelight, their concerts are well attended.
