Kwaye is a singer, songwriter and producer from London, England.

His music is a mix of R&B, pop and electronic. His debut EP was entitled “Solar”, and his first album, “Love & Affliction”. He has also written and produced for other artists, including Kyla La Grange, Naughty Boy and Raleigh Ritchie.

Kwaye began performing at an early age and grew up playing the viola, sax, and guitar. He later pursued a degree in American Studies and as part of this went abroad to Los Angeles. Whilst there he played a demo of one of his recently recorded songs for an Uber driver who happened to be a former A&R executive and within a few weeks, the artist had signed a deal to release his music. His debut single, entitled “Cool Kids”, was released in March 2017 which was swiftly followed by “Little Ones” released in May 2017.

His debut extended play, entitled Solar, was released in July 2017 and his third single release was titled “Sweetest Life”.  After a break from music, Kwaye released three singles, “Run”, “Runaway” and “Kindness” in 2021.

Kureya has three older sisters, one of whom is lead singer of the indie rock band Noisettes.
