Johnny Lee (born John Lee Ham; July 3, 1946) is an American country music singer.
He is probably best known for his 1980 single “Lookin’ For Love. In addition to this Lee is known for his other hit songs such as “One in a Million,” “Bet Your Heart on Me,” and “The Yellow Rose,” which was a duet with Lane Brody and became the theme song for the TV series of the same name.
He also ventured into acting and appeared in several films and TV shows, including the 1980 film “Urban Cowboy,” in which he played a supporting role and performed some of his songs.
Despite his commercial decline, Lee has continued to tour and release music, and he remains a respected figure in the country music industry. In 2005, he released an album called “Greatest Hits,” which featured re-recorded versions of his biggest hits.
