Jigsaw was an English pop rock band best known for their 1975 hit “Sky High“.
The band was formed in 1966 by guitarist Tony Campbell along with singer-songwriter Clive Scott (keyboards/vocals) and Des Dyer (vocals/drums) and bassist Barrie Bernard.
“Sky High” was the theme song for martial arts film ‘The Man from Hong Kong’ and would go on to become their most successful release. Issued shortly afterward as the lead track on an album of the same name, “Sky High” would not only reach the U.K. Top Ten, but was also a major hit in the U.S., Australia, and Japan,
Following Scott’s death in 2009, it became the platform for Dyer’s solo work.
