Jeff Healey was a Canadian musician and singer-songwriter.
He played the guitar and trumpet and found success in the blues and rock genres.
As an infant, Jeff lost his sight but that didn’t stop him learning to play the guitar when he was three years old
When he was just 16 he teamed up with bassist Joe Rockman and drummer Tom Stephen to create their debut album, ‘See the Light’. The album went platinum in Canada and gold in the United States. Jeff Healey won a Grammy Award for his work on the album and continued to record and tour until his untimely death in 2008.
