Chris Young is an American country music singer. Born to musical parents he performed in various musical theatre productions from a young age and played gigs in local venues when he was older.
He won the country reality show ‘Nashville Star’ in 2006 which gained him a recording contract with RCA Records.
His singles “The Man I Want To Be“, “Gettin’ You Home“, and “Voices” have all hit Number 1 in the Billboard Hot Country chart.
In 2017, Chris Young became a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
