Bruno Mars was born into a musical family and achieved the title of the World’s Youngest Elvis impersonator at the age of 4 years. Having been surrounded by singers, dancers and musicians all his life it could have been seen as inevitable that Bruno Mars would make a career in the business, and he has! An extremely successful one as a singer, songwriter, producer, choreographer and musician. Before he gained recognition as a solo artist he sang as a guest on “Nothin’ On You” – B.o.B and “Billionaire” – Travie McCoy and had spent time with his production company The Smeezingtons helping other artists with producing a variety of songs.
Having broken into the market as a solo artist, Bruno Mars has won many awards including from the Grammy’s, MTV, American Music and the BRITS. He is well known for his showmanship during stage performances and with his band “The Hooligans” plays a mix of instruments within a diverse range of musical genres including reggae, funk, soul and pop cross-over.
