Elisabeth Corrin Maurus (born November 21, 1982), known as Lissie, is an American singer-songwriter. She released her debut EP, “Why You Runnin'”, in November 2009. Lissie signed with Sony Music UK’s Columbia Records and her debut album, Catching a Tiger, was released on 21 June 2010.

She grew up singing in theatre productions, eventually picking up the guitar and playing her own songs at local coffee shops as a teenager.

After the release of her debut EP in 2009, she toured with Ray Lamontagne in the USA before making an extensive tour of Europe. Lissie is featured on a few of the tracks on Snow Patrol‘s album Fallen Empires,
