Janedear Girls – JaneDear girls was an American country music duo.

The group was formed in 2004 and consisted of Susie Brown (vocals, mandolin, fiddle, bass, guitar, accordion) and Danelle Leverett (vocals, guitar, banjo, harmonica).

The duo was with Warner Music Group Nashville’s Reprise from 2010 to 2012. Their debut single, “Wildflower,” was a Top 20 hit on the Hot Country Songs chart. After releasing only one album, the duo parted ways in mid-2012.

In 2011, the duo received their first nominations at Academy of Country Music Awards including Top Vocal Duo and Top New Vocal Duo or Group. They lost out to Sugarland and The Band Perry.

Brown and Leverett stopped recording together in mid-2012 and pursued solo careers.
