Elbow are an English rock band formed in 1990 consisting of Guy Garvey (vocals, guitar), Craig Potter (keyboard, piano, backing vocals), Mark Potter (guitar, backing vocals) and Pete Turner (bass guitar, backing vocals).
The band have released seven studio albums; the forth, “The Seldom Seen Kid” (2008), winning them the Mercury Music Prize, and the Brit Award for Best British Group in 2009. The song, “One Day Like This”, from the album, won the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song.
