Craig Morgan (born July 17, 1965) is an American country music artist.
He has charted numerous hit singles on the Billboard country music charts, including his debut single “Something to Write Home About” and his chart topper, “That’s What I Love About Sunday“.
Morgan was born in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. He served in the United States Army for several years. After being discharged, he began his music career. He is the co-founder of the Association of Country Music in Nashville, Tennessee.

Morgan released his self-titled debut album on Atlantic Records in 2000. The lead-off single, “Something to Write Home About,” peaked at No. 42 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. The follow-up single, “What Matters Most,” peaked at No. 24 in early 2001, and “Almost Home,” which was co-written by Morgan and Phil O’Donnell, reached No. 5 in late 2002. In 2004, he released “I Love It“, the single from his second album, ‘My Kind of Livin”. It went to No. 4 on the country music charts, followed by the single “Redneck Yacht Club” at No. 4, “That’s What I Love About Sunday” at No. 1, and “Look at Us” at No. 15.
He released his third album, ‘Little Bit of Life’, in 2006. The single “International Harvester” reached No. 4. The final single from the album was “Bonfire,” which was also a hit. He released ‘Greatest Hits’ in 2007, and after that, he signed with the independent Broken Bow Records.
