Rex Orange County’s interest in music began at a young age when he joined the school choir at age 5. He later attended BRIT School and became a drummer and taught himself piano.

Rex’s breakthrough moment came when he collaborated with Tyler, the Creator on the critically acclaimed album “Flower Boy” in 2017, particularly on tracks like “Foreword” and “Boredom.” This collaboration catapulted him into the spotlight, allowing him to reach a wider audience.
