Wonder Stuff (The)

The Wonder Stuff are a British alternative rock band. The band’s original line-up released four albums and nearly 20 singles and EPs, enjoying considerable chart and live success in the UK.

They publicly split in 1994 but reformed in 2000 and have continued to tour and record.

Miles Hunt is songwriter for the Wonder Stuff and is the only constant band member. Their third album ‘Never Loved Elvis’ (1991) became the band’s highest-charting album, peaking at number three in the U.K. It featured the single “The Size of a Cow,” which became a number five hit in England. The Wonder Stuff also cut a cover of Tommy Roe’s “Dizzy” with comedian Vic Reeves that became a number one British hit.
